When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to be eligible for a refund.

Are Glow Recipe products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. The majority of our products are also vegan, and we never test on animals at any stage of production.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Are your glass jars recyclable?

Sustainability is a priority for us. Our signature glass jars are 100% recyclable. We encourage you to upcycle them or dispose of them in your local recycling bin after rinsing.
