Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
